Pay Range: $58 – $62/hr. on W2

We are seeking a Talent Optimization Analyst / Business Analyst II to support the operational and strategic goals of the Talent Center of Excellence (COE). This role is ideal for someone with a background in HR operations, finance, or data analytics who enjoys working cross-functionally to support budget execution, ROI analysis, and operational process improvement.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, People Analytics, and HR to deliver insightful analysis, maintain accurate records, and streamline business processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and experience managing budgets, purchase orders, and vendor relationships.

We are seeking a Talent Optimization Analyst / Business Analyst II to support the operational and strategic goals of the Talent Center of Excellence (COE). This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and experience managing budgets, purchase orders, and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Budget & Financial Execution
- Maintain and update trackers for Talent budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations.
- Support financial modeling and variance analysis for strategic Talent initiatives.
- Prepare variance reports and documentation for leadership budget reviews.
- Keep dashboards current with financial KPIs.
- Manage procurement tasks including PO creation, vendor tracking, and reconciliation of delivered services.
- Partner with the Talent Optimization Lead to build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Vizier).
- Consolidate data inputs from multiple teams to create clear, actionable reporting.
- Prepare data-driven materials for leadership planning and review.
- Support development of business cases and ROI tracking for Talent programs.
- Perform research and gather baseline data to support decision-making.
- Maintain accuracy and documentation for all model inputs and deliverables.
- Prepare materials and slide decks for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other leadership forums.
- Reconcile headcount and workforce cost data across multiple systems (e.g., Finance, Workday).
- Track progress on key operational KPIs and flag risks or gaps in execution.
- Execute repeatable, high-accuracy processes and propose improvements where needed.
- Document process updates and maintain consistency across reports.
- Provide reliable data for internal benchmarking and external reporting.
- Create and manage POs; ensure compliance with internal procurement policies.
- Track vendor performance, contract renewals, and service delivery reconciliation.
- Prepare summaries and dashboards for vendor activity to inform leadership decisions.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in HR operations, financial analysis, or business analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Power BI, Workday, Vizier, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and time zones.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience supporting Talent or HR Centers of Excellence.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and vendor management processes.
- Ability to synthesize data into compelling executive summaries.
