Responsibilities
- Facilitates and manages all facets of recruiting effort, from job postings, sourcing/screening, offer negotiation, etc., all while maintaining commitment to speed, quality of hire, and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Develops and executes recruiting and sourcing strategies with hiring manager and maintains effective and proactive communication to keep all stakeholders informed throughout process.
- Ensures ATS is populated with up-to-date information at all times and masters and leverages all required tools such as LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.
- Ensures compliance with EEO/AAP throughout entire process.
- Work directly with hiring managers to assess the needs of their team and collaborate in creating job descriptions
- Develop and implement programs to attract and target viable candidates.
- Collects and analyzes data to prepare reports to measure success rates for customer service, time to fill, trend data.
- Regularly review the recruitment approach and process with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong trusting relationships within the team, with hiring managers, and vendors.
- Pharmaceutical recruiting experience preferred, not absolutely necessary, but preferred
- Very proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Use of ATS required, iCims preferred
- Effective oral written communication skills, as well as, consultative skills with the ability to understand the needs and urgency of assigned customer base are essential
- Demonstrated knowledge and compliance with HR recruiting processes and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- A strong team player attitude fostering strong working relationships across teams and departments
