Title: Phlebotomist
Location: Lutz, FL
Duration: 3+ Months
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM; Saturday, 5:30 AM–11:00 AM

The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting blood specimens, preparing samples for laboratory testing, and ensuring accurate patient information and documentation. This role involves direct patient interaction and requires professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection following established procedures
• Process and prepare specimens for lab testing
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service
• Follow confidentiality and compliance standards
• Work independently with minimal supervision

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ year preferred
• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric draws
• Keyboard/data entry experience required
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call if needed
