Job Title: Cath Lab Tech
Location: Newton, NJ 07860
Duration: 3 Months+
Pay range: $70.00/ hr. on W2
Shift: Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (4-10 hour shifts, lunches deducted)
Schedule Notes: STEMI On-call requirement — weekdays and rotational weekends (1 to 2 weekends/month)
Position Summary:
Prepare and assist in cardiac catheterizations, PCI (STEMI), and other procedures such as peripheral vascular interventions, pacemaker insertions, and interventional radiology procedures. Provide procedural assistance pre-, intra-, and post-procedure while monitoring and managing patient hemodynamics and access sites.

Duties:
- Prepare and prep patients for cardiac caths, PCI (STEMI), peripheral vascular, pacemaker, and interventional radiology procedures.
- Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data accurately.
- Provide procedural assistance to physicians before, during, and after procedures.
- Assess and manage access sites, informing physicians of any complications or changes.
- Adhere to on-call protocols for the Cath Lab.
- Prepare patients efficiently and safely for procedures.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Skills:
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist.
- RCIS certification preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, and IABP experience required.
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience required.
Hours Per Week: 37.5
Hours Per Day: 7.5
Days Per Week: 5
