Float Requirements: To other med surg units as needed Education & Certifications Required: Required Certifications (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request) :

All through LMS, will be the same for all travelers.
Unit Information: Number of Beds: 56
Patient Ratios: RNs 1:4-5 Days, 1:5-6 Nights. CNAs 1:8-10 Days, 1:10-12 Nights
Equipment:
EMR: Epic Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: Med Surg Tele Experience, Active ME License, BLS
Preferred Skillset/Experience: ACLS
Type of Patients on Unit: General Med Surg Telemetry
Personality Fit: Team player, hard working, accountable Dress Code: Scrub Color: Any color, clean attire, professional
Any unacceptable attire: Hoodies, graphic shirts, open shoes
