Phlebotomist II - Float
Title: Patient Services Representative II (PSR II – Phlebotomist Floater)
Location: Naples, FL
Duration: 4 months (temp to hire)
Shift/Time Zone: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with rotational Saturdays
Must have flexibility for availability between 6am-4pm, depending on site to be covered
Overview:
The PSR II represents the face of the company, delivering professional specimen collection services and ensuring exceptional patient care. This floater role requires travel between multiple sites, performing venipuncture and related duties while adhering to safety, accuracy, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform skilled venipuncture (pediatric, geriatric, and capillary) and specimen processing

Verify patient ID and ensure accurate specimen labeling in their presence

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Complete documentation and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Adapt to different locations and work environments with minimal notice

Comply with company dress code, policies, and health/safety standards

Deliver high-level customer service and promote a positive company image
Education:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
-
Medical assistant or paramedic training (preferred)
Experience:
-
Required: 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

Preferred: 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment

Customer service experience in retail/service settings

Keyboard/data entry proficiency
Skills & Requirements:

Strong independent work skills in fast-paced, high-volume settings

Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, on-call)

Ability to travel between sites, be punctual, and complete full shifts
