Job Description:
  • The Circularity Strategy Manager will be a part of Global Sustainability team and co-create the future of circularity across the enterprise.
  • You will work cross-functionally to develop enterprise strategies, facilitate alignment at senior levels, and help drive the overall integration of circularity strategy into the enterprise.
  • We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, driven, and passionate about leading circularity across a global enterprise. Strategies must be backed by data and need to be communicated through creative, visually compelling and data-driven storytelling to explain how actions impact performance.
  • You must be a flexible problem solver, able to influence and work cross-functionally with colleagues and industry peers.
 
What you will work on:
  • Develop and steward the creation and implementation of our multi-year enterprise circularity strategy
  • Create roadmaps to meet our 2030 targets in partnership with SMEs and leaders across the business
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies for significant enterprise-wide circularity initiatives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate “sprints” to drive towards specific strategic outcomes within broader enterprise-wide circularity initiatives
  • Provide interpretation and analysis to internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements and critical external developments that affect strategy and its delivery
  • Work with senior leadership to prepare and present polished materials and facilitate strategic conversations
  • Continuously strive for improvement of enterprise circularity by keeping abreast of “best in class” approaches, making the case for change internally, and supporting internal change management
 
Who you will work with:
  • You will be part of the Global Sustainability Circularity team based in Client  WHQ, reporting to the Director of Circularity. You will collaborate with global, geo based and external partners.
  • Examples of key internal partners include Sustainable Product, Responsible Supply Chain, Analytics, Marketplace, Engineering, Material Supply Chain, AirMI, Demand & Supply Mgmt, Innovation, Government & Public Affairs, Legal, and others.
 
Ideal qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate sustainability, corporate strategy, management consulting, supply chain operations, or related field; consumer goods/apparel/retail experience preferred
  • Clear understanding of material flows in a global supply chain, with waste management, recycling and/or circularity experience strongly preferred
  • Experience driving enterprise-wide outcomes in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders to understand/identify requirements, drive knowledge into action, and support data-driven decision making
  • Analytical capabilities with high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Keynote with ability to explain complex topics in a visually engaging and persuasive manner
