Phlebotomist II

Job Title: Phlebotomist II      
Job Duration: 6 months (possible extension)  
Job Location: Naples, FL 34110
Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm with rotational Saturdays 6-10:30am EST
 
Job Description                                              
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily activities accurately, efficiently, and on time under supervisor direction
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
  • Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens in accordance with procedures
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety while explaining procedures clearly
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards
  • Represent the organization positively to patients, clients, and the public

 
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Deliver high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed
  • Reliable transportation (public transit and rideshare not accepted)
  • Punctuality and full-shift availability are strictly required

 
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent – Required
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training – Preferred

 
Experience:
  • 3+ years of phlebotomy experience – Required
  • Customer service experience in a retail or service setting – Preferred
  • Data entry/keyboard skills – Required
