Job Title: Patient Services Representative II (Phlebotomist)
Location: Ocala, FL
Duration: 4+ Months
Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM

6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
-
Every other Saturday (REQUIRED)

40 hours per week
Job Summary
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) is responsible for performing high-quality blood specimen collection (including pediatric and geriatric patients) and preparing samples for laboratory testing. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strict adherence to procedures, and maintaining patient confidentiality and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and capillary collections accurately and efficiently

Verify patient information and ensure proper specimen labeling

Maintain required documentation and records

Follow all company policies, safety standards, and dress code

Provide professional, courteous service to patients

Travel between multiple sites as needed (Floater role)

Submit mileage between work sites (not from home)
Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

1–3 years of recent phlebotomy experience (Required)
