JOB SUMMARY
The Team Member Relations Consultant 1 assists in the implementation of team member relations programs, policies and procedures. This position provides consultative services and coaching to Human Resources (HR) and operations supervisors and team members.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Provides support on key team initiatives and projects; manages work plan, deliverables and key milestones. Partners with applicable constituencies in the development and implementation of deliverables. Intakes, triages and documents investigations to support highly confidential or sensitive issues. Ensures consistent application of policy and practice are maintained. Works collaboratively with HR to develop and implement solutions to address variances in unemployment, realignments and mutual consents reports, compliance hotline, out-of-state hires, and re-hire eligibility escalations.Collaborates with and assists in managing vendor relationships such as unemployment, team member relations case management tools and other third-party vendors to ensure effective levels of service are maintained to support the business.Acts as point of contact with Federal and state employment services and vendor agencies, including attending unemployment hearings and managing subpoenas.Ensures documentation of corrective actions, primarily final written warnings and terminations, and other team member relations matters. Assist in keeping content in the TMR Knowledgebase up to date.Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional and courteous manner

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships across organizational lines.Must be able to communicate thoughts clearly; both verbally and in writing.General computer skills including, but not limited to, using required software applications, data entry, information security, electronic medical documentation, hand held scanning and email.Ability to research, analyze and disseminate information.Ability to assist individuals in recognizing and solving problems
