Location: Maple Grove, MN 55311 (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite at either Maple Grove or Arden Hills office)
Contract Duration: 6 months+ W2 contract with high potential for extension based on performance and business needs
Pay Range: $28.00 – $36 per hour. on W2 (W2)

Job Description:
- Client is seeking a Digital & Social Media Communications Specialist to support the Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICTX) and Cardiac Rhythm Management Diagnostics (CRMDx) business units.
- This hybrid role, based in Arden Hills or Maple Grove, plays a key part in driving our digital engagement strategy through compelling content development, community management, social listening, and digital operations support.
- The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and organized collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment, bringing strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing the digital customer experience across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management & Content Execution:
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Strategists to create, edit, and route social content for approval (Regulatory, Clinical, Legal).
- Schedule and publish approved content across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube).
- Manage daily community monitoring and moderation; route inappropriate or off-label comments per compliance requirements.
- Support in-platform scheduling on Sprinklr and adapt schedules as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (product, legal, marketing) to align messaging and ensure accuracy.
Social Listening & Insights (Talkwalker):
- Conduct daily social listening using Talkwalker; refine and manage listening topics to reduce noise.
- Refresh and update Talkwalker reports; extract actionable insights for internal teams.
- Monitor competitor and key opinion leader (KOL) activity; provide recommendations to improve Client’s positioning.
YouTube Channel Support:
- Ensure video uploads meet strategic guidelines: correct descriptions, tags, titles, and playlist placement.
- Maintain quality control over uploads; partner with Digital Marketing and Customer Activation if content doesn’t align with channel goals.
Digital Communications Support:
- Participate in webpage migration activities (e.g., metadata, formatting, image updates).
- Support SEO-related tasks, including keyword research, copy edits, tagging, and other optimizations.
- Act as a backup for the Digital Operations Specialist.
- Use Monday.com and Sprinklr daily to manage digital asset scheduling and workflow processes.
- Other duties as assigned
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, social media, or related fields.
- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills with the ability to write clear, compelling copy for ads, web, and social media.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Sprinklr preferred) and social listening platforms (Talkwalker a plus).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTMs, and basic SEO practices.
- Highly organized and comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical, healthcare, finance) is a strong plus.
- Must be detail-oriented with an eye for process improvement and content quality.
- Willing to say “no” when content does not align with brand or strategy.
- Works under general direction and takes initiative on assigned tasks.
- Demonstrates a commitment to patient safety, product quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
