Title: Legal Operations Analyst
Location: Morristown, NJ- Hybrid
Duration: 3 Months+ Possible Extension
Pay Range: $40-$44/hr

Client is a global biopharmaceutical company committed to improving health worldwide. Our Legal Operations team supports a 400+ in-house attorney team with critical technology and process initiatives.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Operations Analyst to join our team on a contingent basis. The ideal candidate will support the Legal Operations Manager by assisting with various mission-critical digital transformation projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Legal Technology Migration Projects
• Assist with migration from one ebilling tool (TyMetrix) to another (Brightflag)
• Assist with migration from Legal Hold Pro to Exterro Legal Hold
• Execute tasks related to the above migration projects (strategic decisions will be made by management)
2. Outside Counsel Management
• Assist with renewing agreements with approximately 15 global Panel firms
• Leverage the PERSUIT platform for outside counsel management tasks
3. Legal Technology Administration
• Administer and support key legal technology platforms after training:
• Persuit
• TyMetrix 360
• Legal Hold Pro
• Brightflag
• Exterro
• Provide training and technical support to legal team members
4. Data Analysis and Reporting
• Collect, analyze, and report on key legal metrics and performance indicators
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data insights
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience as a Legal Operations Analyst or in a related role (Paralegal, Litigation Support)
• Understanding of ebilling workflows and concepts
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Experience with at least some of these legal technology platforms: Persuit, Legisway, TyMetrix 360, Brightflag, Anaqua, Legal Hold Pro & Exterro Legal Hold
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
• Prior experience in ebilling or as a Legal Operations Manager
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation
