ENTRY Phlebotomist I

Job Title: Entry PSR I 
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
Duration: 3 Months

Position Overview:
The Entry PSR I serves as the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming and professional lobby experience. This role assists patients with kiosk or tablet check-in, answers questions with care and compassion, and ensures the waiting area remains organized and comfortable. The position will also train in Phlebotomy skills to support clinical operations and provide coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with check-in (kiosk or handheld tablet)

• Deliver high-level customer service and maintain patient confidentiality

• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional lobby environment

• Accurately complete required documentation and data entry

• Train in and perform phlebotomy (forensic and clinical specimen collection) once certified

• Follow supervisor direction and company procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience (required)

• Strong keyboard/data entry skills

• Willingness to learn and perform Phlebotomy

• Reliable transportation (must live within 20–25 minute commute)

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

Note: This is a front-of-house role with growth into Phlebotomy. Candidates must be open to learning and performing blood collection duties.
