Job Title: Phlebotomist II
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Duration: 3 months
Shift:Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
 

Overview:
As a PSR II, you are the face of the company, ensuring a positive patient experience while performing high-quality blood draws and preparing specimens for lab testing. You’ll work independently in various settings, including patient service centers or physician offices, providing safe and accurate collections while upholding privacy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens following protocols.

• Verify patient information and ensure accurate labeling.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and clarity during patient interactions.

• Accurately document and manage patient data.

• Adapt to staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

• Travel to various locations as needed with minimal notice.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Medical or phlebotomy training preferred; certification required in CA, NV, WA.

• 3+ years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric.

• Experience in patient-facing roles or customer service preferred.

• Strong communication, multitasking, and data entry skills.

• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record (if applicable).
