- The Caption SBU focuses on clinical applications that aid in early disease detection, using AI to assist in conducting ultrasound scans. Caption Care is a turnkey, end-to-end echo program that leverages Caption AI technology platform to deliver convenient, cost-effective echocardiograms in any care setting to identify heart disease earlier—before undiagnosed issues become serious.
- The Caption Care Operations Specialist works within the Caption Care Operations team and contributes to initiatives and tasks to ensure service excellence. They include but are not limited to integration tasks, scheduling, Client team support, Inbound and outbound calling for patients and key initiatives.
In this role you will:
- Monitor processes for outreach and engagement of patients in the Caption Care service.
- Contribute to activities within the broader operations team.
- Contribute to Operations teams activities to build outreach and engagement features in the Caption Care platform.
- Support operations to outline needs and make recommendations regarding scheduling/call center requirements and features.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in a healthcare delivery support role.
