Job Overview: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company for patients, whether they are visiting for routine health needs or making important health decisions. The PSR I is responsible for drawing quality blood samples and preparing them for lab testing, all while following established procedures. The PSR I interacts directly with patients, creating a trusting environment, explaining procedures, and ensuring blood specimens are drawn safely and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Location: Fort Myers, FL

- Patient Interaction: Build trust and confidence with patients while explaining blood draw procedures in a clear and calm manner.
- Blood Collection & Processing: Confidently collect and process both forensic and clinical specimens, following established guidelines.
- Verification & Documentation: Accurately maintain records and ensure proper labeling of blood specimens.
- Work Environment: Maintain a safe, professional, and organized workspace.
- Leadership & Confidentiality: Demonstrate leadership behaviors and ensure patient information is handled with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Positive Image: Represent the company positively to patients, clients, and colleagues.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 Months of Phlebotomy experiences is required.
