Role Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading technical transfer projects within a regulated operations environment. This role involves managing complex project timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring cross-functional alignment, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of objectives. The position requires strong collaboration skills and experience in a manufacturing firm within the pharmaceutical or medical product sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end technical transfer project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project execution and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure strong alignment with internal Operations teams and cross-functional groups across the client organization.
• Facilitate project-related communication and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of project management experience in complex environments.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or medical manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and facilitation expertise.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets, Monday.com).
• Ability to manage fast-paced projects with ambitious milestones.
• Capability to escalate issues and influence decisions at the management level.
• Formal project management training and/or certification.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with Monday.com.
• Strong business acumen and commitment to operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to navigate diverse stakeholder interests and align them to a common objective.
• 3+ years of experience in project scheduling and management.
