Job Description: Hybrid - MG / 4 days onsite. Will possibly have a need for an additional day onsite. Looking for someone that has interest in working a high volume role with opportunities for overtime.
Business title: HR Coordinator
Job Purpose
Primary focus is supporting recruiting and hiring operations by conducting candidate assessments, managing preboarding activities, completing I 9 verifications, and scheduling interviews. Works independently under limited supervision, with general direction provided for new assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments for the DL recruiting team to support candidate evaluation and selection.
Assist candidates with the application process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
Complete I 9 verification for new hires in compliance with federal requirements.
Provide support to the preboarding team as needed, including coordinating and managing candidate onboarding activities.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers, regularly exchanging information of moderate importance, including matters of a sensitive nature.
Respond to complex, functional inquiries that may require additional research, analysis, and follow-up.
Schedule candidate interviews in a timely manner, ensure interview confirmations are received, and follow up as needed.
Make decisions using independent judgment within established guidelines and procedures.
Manage work with a high level of confidentiality, ensuring sensitive information is shared appropriately with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide guidance to peers regarding the handling of proprietary and confidential information.
Support onsite job fairs on a bi-weekly basis.
Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Qualifications
High School or equivalent.
Must have some administrative, clerical experience.
Need someone who can multitask, organize tasks well, communicate with managers and new hires professionally, be agile, and thrives in a high-volume work environment
Must travel be able to travel Arbor Lakes, Minnetonka
Some HR experience would be preferred
