Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned DRS Lead to drive the activation and acceleration of our DRS roadmap, leading cross-functional teams across Territories, GEO, and Global stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, influencing skills, and a process-oriented approach to drive clarity and operational excellence.
The DRS Lead will be responsible for, leveraging data insights to inform business decisions, eliminate manual workload by activating partner integrations and automated operational status, enabling a touchless order and information flow. Drive operational excellence through a sustainable platform, operating model, and tools.
Key deliverables for the 3 months:
o Capability activation and roll out plans:
- PDM : support the activation of PDM, a key SAP capability that enables DRS process automation.
- CXL RPA : Collaborate with the Korea team to: Ensure resource allocation from GEO and Develop a rollout plan to implement CXL RPA in other Territories.
- Initiative Documentation: Develop one-pagers to provide clear visibility into in-flight initiatives, including actions taken and roadmap : PDM Activation, CXL RPA, Non-EDI ASN automation, 3PP DRS.
- Manage the relationship with PMO: Make sure key milestones and deliverables are captured in our portfolio by collaborating with our PMO team.
