Position Summary:
As a WIC Coordinator (Grade:107) in the licensing department the individual will be responsible for performing a wide-range of licensing functions, including but not limited to: renewals, document management, and project support. Licensure categories will include Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). This role will be required to ensure that they meet regulatory deadlines and project due dates. The individual will need to work closely with category teams and store operations to ensure accuracy and that licensing deadlines are met.
Duties:
Responsibilities Estimated % of Time
1. Responsible for series of license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements 50%
2. Oversight of WIC license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements 20%
3. Database maintenance of current license fees, renewal dates, and vendor information. 5%
4. Work with business operations and category teams on expansion of licensed locations 10%
5. Maintain electronic license files and supply copies upon request. 2%
6. Correspond with federal, state, and local agencies regarding license renewals. 5%
7. Review and respond to licensing related correspondence 5%
8. Perform other management or related duties as requested by licensing team management. 3%
