Phlebotomist I
Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Hialeah, FL
Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; Rotational Saturdays, 6:30 AM–11:00 AM
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Summary:
Seeking a PSR I in Hialeah, FL to provide front-line patient care and perform skilled phlebotomy. You'll collect blood specimens, support lab processing, and ensure a safe, professional environment with a focus on patient trust and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate blood draws (including pediatric and geriatric)

Prepare and process lab specimens

Deliver excellent patient service and ensure data confidentiality

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all procedures and documentation requirements
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

6+ months phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred)

Medical assistant or paramedic training a plus

Phlebotomy cert preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

Strong customer service and data entry skills

Reliable transportation (no rideshare/public transit)

Must live within 20–25 min of Hialeah site
