Long term care experience is critical. The position does involve discharge planning, assessments, and working with behavior medicine group to meet patient needs as well as regulations. Need someone who has worked in a nursing home under current regulations Long term care experience is critical. Skilled nursing facility experience needed.
MI License is a must have
8D with weekend/holiday rotation M-F 8-5
Contract is for 12 weeks
