Primary Position Responsibilities & Duties

Client Construction and Forestry is seeking a Technical Instructor. In this position, the person will:



Develop and deliver parts and technical certification courses for Client s compact construction equipment product line

Collaborate with Instructional Designers to create training and materials

Collaborate with Client and Dealer personal to align training deliverables.

Required Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience

Hands on experience diagnosing hydraulic, electrical, communication network, power train and engines systems using schematics and electronic diagnostic tools

Experience developing training content based on defined learning objectives using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint.

Experience delivering training materials in a classroom setting

Ability to work within a team environment and lead a team to meet delivery dates.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Skills, Knowledge & Relevant Work Experience



Experience with construction equipment in roadbuilding and site development applications

Experience in the training and development field related to instructional design, needs assessment and curriculum development.

Experience working directly with heavy equipment customers and/or the dealer network.
