The Coordinator III will work directly with the program manager and pest control analyst to help monitor and manage the pest control work order queue and proposals. The coordinator will also be responsible for reviewing all temporary increase requests, monitoring increased services and assisting with the de-escalation process for increased service.

-Service level adjustments
-Compliance monitoring
-Administrative tracking
Work Schedule:
-In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Role:
-Administrative position
-Training will be provided
-Entire team is based in the office
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Bachelors Degree in Business Administration is a plus
-Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience
2+ years of experience in recognizing/measuring key performance indicators
2+ years of experience in property, vendor or program management
2+ years of analytical / reporting experience
2+ years of vendor management experience including conducting vendor business reviews
2+ years of managing multiple projects
3+ years of MS Office Suite experience
Interview Process:
-First interview conducted via Microsoft Teams
-Second interview (if needed) will be onsite
Position Summary:
The Coordinator III will work directly with other coordinators and analysts to ensure quality of work delivered, performance/productivity benchmarks are met, and manage the pest escalation process .
Duties:
Work order management, proposal management, reviewing all temporary increase requests, monitoring increased services and assisting with the de-escalation process for increased service.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in recognizing/measuring key performance indicators
2+ years of experience in property, vendor or program management
2+ years of analytical / reporting experience
2+ years of vendor management experience including conducting vendor business reviews
2+ years of managing multiple projects
3+ years of MS Office Suite experience
Education:
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or similar field preferred and have 2+ years of relevant work experience.
