Job description:
This unique executive assistant role goes beyond the ordinary.
You'll support the company's leaders of Government Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility, arrange VIP visits and events, handle Client and lobbying filings, coordinate volunteer activities, and support the company’s matching gift program.
Plus, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of our Washington, DC office.

Responsibilities:
EA and Office Manager responsibilities include:
- Prepare documents and presentations based on input provided by various team members.
- Arrange and maintain calendars and travel, including high-level government & investor engagements.
- Coordinate high-level meetings and gatherings, including planning and day-of execution of on-site meeting logistics.
- Ensuring our 2,500-square-foot company office runs smoothly.
- Partner with administrative professionals across the company to manage competing needs and deadlines.
- Maintain vendor contracts and purchase orders, organizational charts and document retention adherence
- GR- & CSR-specific responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for critical tasks related to lobbying and Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings.
- Support organizing, preparing for, and completing government VIP visits to company sites and public events at our operations.
- Coordinate VIP volunteer events and company-sponsored community engagement activities
- Support CSR team operations, procedures for philanthropic programs and donations and related financial reconciliations

Nice to have:
- Experience with Government relations.
- 6-10 Years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives in corporations.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Calendar management, filing, and dictation of meetings experience.
- Has experience in a corporate office supporting multiple executives, managing complex international travel, organizing and planning events, including visits by external stakeholders to company operations.
- Multi-day internal meetings experience.
- Budget management experience.
