Job Location: New York City, NY - Onsite 100%
Job Duration: 12 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: 1st Shift,
Confirm Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: Office closes at 3:30 PM
Payrate: $25 - $32/ hr. on w2

Job Summary:

  • As a temporary employee, you will Product invaluable industry experience and have the opportunity to enhance your skills while working on exciting projects.
  • In this role, you'll play a key part in the sales organization, collaborating with our Fine Fragrance team in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Based in our New York office, you will provide critical support for both internal and client-focused projects, managing processes from initiation to completion.
  • This is a great opportunity to work with cross-functional teams within the North America Global Fine Fragrance Division.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sample Management: Coordinate the preparation, shipment, and tracking of fragrance samples for clients, maintaining accurate records and timelines.
  • Project Support: Assist the sales team in managing client requests and internal projects, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, fragrance development, and operations teams to align on project timelines and ensure smooth communication.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining sales documents.
  • Client Interaction: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling inquiries, providing product information, and supporting sales efforts.
  • Meeting Preparation: Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team, including arranging catering, organizing inventory, preparing the room, and handling cleanup afterward.
  • Data Entry and Management: Maintain and update internal databases.

Education:

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor's Degree.

Experience:

  • Experience with cross functional project management.

Computer Literacy:

  • Microsoft Office, SAP preferred, but not required.

Skills:

  • Oral & written communication skills.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Highly motivated and curious about the world of beauty—specifically fine fragrance.
