Client Svcs Representative
Job Title: Client Service Representative
Job Location: Newtown Square, PA
Job Duration: 3 Months (Possibilities of Extension).
Shift: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pay rate: $22/hrs on W2
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer and prospective customer inquiries by phone in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner. This role involves troubleshooting issues, reporting laboratory results, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming telephone inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently using proper telephone etiquette and available resources.

Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely follow-up on unresolved matters.

Report laboratory results to clients and patients in accordance with established protocols.

Complete and maintain all required documentation and call records accurately.

Provide education and guidance to clients regarding laboratory processes and procedures.

Escalate issues or concerns to supervisors as appropriate.

Ensure prompt and thorough follow-through on all customer issues to achieve resolution.

Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or healthcare-related experience.

Knowledge of medical terminology (required).

Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred:

Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to handle confidential client information appropriately.

Understanding of quality service standards and customer satisfaction metrics.

Education
