Location: Port Saint Lucie, FL
Duration: 3 months
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm, rotating Saturdays 7am-2pm

Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)

Job Summary:
Serve as the patient-facing representative, drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing. Ensure patient comfort and confidence while performing phlebotomy safely and accurately. Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism under supervisor guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform timely, accurate specimen collection (forensic and clinical)

• Maintain a safe, professional environment

• Document and maintain records properly

• Exhibit leadership and promote a positive image

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

• 6+ months phlebotomy experience required; 1+ year preferred

• Strong customer service and data entry skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overtime

• Reliable transportation and punctuality essential

• Must live within a 20-25 min commute of job site
