Pay Range: $32/hr. - $35/hr. on W2 (all inclusive)

Job Description:
Support SVP and below executives. Provide high? Level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower? Level clerical staff.

  • Client Streaming oversees the companys streaming technology and is comprised of world-renowned direct-to-consumer services across free, premium and pay including Client, a subscription service that combines breaking news, live sports, and premium entertainment and Client, the leading free streaming television service in the U.S. with 250+ live and original channels
  • The mission of the Client Data and Insights Group is to drive business decisions on all levels through high-quality, accurate, timely as well as relevant data, analysis & insights.

Role Details:
We are looking for an experienced executive assistant to provide administrative and project support for three senior leaders in the Data and Insights Group (DIG): SVP of Content & Lifecycle Analytics, SVP of Data Science & Product Analytics, and SVP of Marketing Analytics. The DIG team consists of analytics, data science, research, data engineering and measurement operations teams that are responsible for providing Client Streaming with data and insights used to inform our business strategy. The ideal candidate will be energetic with strong multitasking capabilities, demonstrating trustworthiness, organization, and dependability. The role requires a high level of comfort and discretion dealing with a large range of internal and external high-level managers, executives, organizations, and confidential information.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Coordinate meetings and offsite/onsite events across three SVPs, including but not limited to scheduling, agenda creation, logistics, video conference/light AV setup, space planning, and catering
  • Manage calendars and assist executives with scheduling as well as identifying and resolving conflicts
  • Assist with presentations and meeting materials
  • Manage executives extensive travel and overlapping schedules, ensuring seamless coordination across executives
  • Manage and secure office and seating for executives and team travel
  • Process and manage all expense reports for executives
  • Serve as a central coordination point across the Content & Lifecycle Analytics, Data Science & Product Analytics, and Marketing Analytics teams
  • Support cross-team initiatives, leadership meetings, and team-wide activities
  • Proactively make process improvement recommendations
  • Order and stock office supplies
  • Assist with onboarding new employees -- coordinating with Facilities, IT, Telecom, Security, etc.
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Provide larger-scale event support as directed by DIG leadership team
  • Manage office seating chart as needed

Qualifications:

You have -
  • Associate's degree or equivalent training and experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years administrative experience supporting senior executives
  • Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
  • Team player - energetic, enthusiastic, and personable, and outgoing
  • Technically savvy professional with some media or technology background
  • Interest in or understanding of the streaming industry and landscape
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack
  • Event-planning experience
  • Expert level communication skills, both written, verbal/on the telephone
  • Proven time management and organizational skills and an exceptional ability to pay attention to detail in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills as well as a professional demeanor while communicating effectively with all levels of management
  • Expert in working both in a team environment and independently
  • Proven ability to take initiative and think and plan ahead
  • A can-do attitude and the willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks required to meet the daily demands of the business
  • Demonstrated characteristics of a self-starter
