Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Coordinator | Lab Technician
Location: Summit, NJ 07901 (100% Onsite Required)
Duration: 12+ Months (Possibilities of extension)
Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay range: $ 27.20/hr. on W2
Position Summary:
Responsible for handling test samples throughout the sample lifecycle from receipt to disposal. Maintains inventory and supports distribution of QC samples and materials to appropriate functional groups as scheduled or requested.

Position Summary:
Responsible for handling test samples throughout the sample lifecycle from receipt to disposal. Maintains inventory and supports distribution of QC samples and materials to appropriate functional groups as scheduled or requested.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle test samples and retain them throughout the sample lifecycle: receipt, storage, distribution, transfer, and disposal. Facilitate cold chain transfers of samples.
- Ensure samples and materials are appropriately labeled and maintain sample tracking, labeling, and chain of custody records in accordance with written procedures.
- Maintain inventory and support distribution of QC samples and materials to functional groups as scheduled or requested. Record performance metrics for the sample management group.
- Follow lab procedures to maintain a safe and organized lab environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Reporting Relationship:
This position reports to QC management.
Qualifications – Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Reliable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and follow procedures accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities.
- Effective communication skills with peers and management regarding task completion, roadblocks, and needs.
- 2+ years working in a warehouse environment.
- 2+ years experience with inventory management.
- 2+ years experience in a shipping environment.
- 3+ years experience using MS Office 365.
- Experience working in a GMP environment.
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:
- Preferred Associate’s degree or higher.
- High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant work experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of basic electronic systems (email, MS Office, etc.) required.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Lab experience without blood or animal exposure.
