Shift:M-F 7-4pm

Overview:
As the face of our company, the PSR I interacts directly with patients, collecting quality blood samples and ensuring accurate, timely specimen processing. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, excellent customer service, and attention to detail in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and prepare specimens for lab testing following established protocols

• Provide a safe, professional, and compassionate patient experience

• Maintain accurate records and uphold patient confidentiality

• Support daily site operations under supervisor guidance

• Promote a positive image and uphold organizational values

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Medical or phlebotomy training preferred (certification required in CA, NV, WA)

• Minimum 6 months experience (1+ year preferred)

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric

• Customer service and data entry experience

• Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, on-call, OT)
