Phlebotomist II
Job Title: Phlebotomist II / Patient Services Representative II
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 2 months
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
Job Summary:
The PSR II is the front-line representative for patients, responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens, ensuring proper labeling and handling, and maintaining a professional, patient-focused environment. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, clear communication, and adherence to procedures and privacy standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens following protocols

Verify patient information and ensure accurate labeling

Provide excellent customer service and explain procedures clearly

Maintain records and documentation

Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment

Adapt to schedule changes, travel, and work at multiple locations as needed
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
3+ years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric and geriatric)

Strong data entry and customer service skills

Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
