Location: Pomona, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Education: Bachelor s Degree (Engineering, Business, Policy, or related field)
Pay Rate: $53.43/hr.
Role Impact
Lead strategic regulatory filings that shape future energy investments. Bridge technical and business teams to deliver compliant, high-impact submissions to regulators.
Core Responsibilities
Project Leadership

Manage cross-functional workstreams to meet strict regulatory deadlines

Develop detailed project schedules with 50+ stakeholders
-
Facilitate solution workshops with engineers, executives & legal teams
Technical Ownership
-
Master complex calculations in regulatory chapters you own

Draft testimony and strategy documents for filings
-
Become the SME for assigned filing sections
Stakeholder Coordination
-
Run 20+ person working sessions to align on compliance strategies
-
Independently identify and engage subject matter experts
-
Present recommended approaches to senior leadership
Key Qualifications
Must-Have Experience
5+ years managing strategic business/regulatory projects
Technical comprehension (ability to analyze engineering calculations)
Proven track record of:

Leading 50+ page regulatory submissions

Developing executive-level strategy presentations
-
Writing compliant regulatory testimony
Standout Candidates Bring

Energy sector background (utilities, renewables, infrastructure)

Familiarity with CPUC/FERC processes

MBA or advanced technical degree
