Scientific - Technician - Lab (Senior Level)
Job Location: Marlborough, MA
Job Duration: 1 Year+
Shift: Mon – Fri, 1st shift 8 am – 5 pm.
Pay range: $46.67/hr on W2
Job Summary:
Support R&D and manufacturing teams by conducting tests on new product designs, maintaining lab operations, and preparing samples for evaluation. Responsible for setting up experiments, operating equipment, and documenting results under cGxP guidelines.
Top 3 Must-Haves:

Hands-on test execution, experiment setup, and fixture/tool development with accurate data recording

Sample preparation and testing during product development and validation phases
-
Lab inventory management, equipment maintenance coordination, and adherence to documentation protocols
Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture batches, operate and clean equipment
-
Perform physical testing and stability evaluations
-
Prepare technical reports, protocols, and SOPs
-
Maintain lab notebooks and documentation
-
Monitor and support validation batches
-
Ensure GMP compliance and follow safety protocols
Qualifications:
-
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
-
Experience: 3–5+ years in test lab or manufacturing environment

Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and GMP standards
-
Equipment handling and data documentation
-
Basic math, computer, and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and in teams
-
