Reagent Production Client Sequencing Solutions is a fast-moving, highly technical team aiming to disrupt Next Generation DNA Sequencing by combining biological and solid-state technologies. This unique platform requires multidisciplinary expertise. We seek a motivated and team-oriented individual with laboratory and documentation experience to join our small production team responsible for reagent manufacturing and quality control.

Job Summary:

We seek a motivated and team-oriented individual with laboratory and documentation experience to join our small production team responsible for reagent manufacturing and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Perform reagent production, QC, aliquoting, and labeling.
- Edit and update batch records, QC methods, and work instructions.
- Accurately enter batch records and test results into the database system.
- Distribute reagents to internal customers and manage inventory stock.
- Assist in reagent scale-up activities, documentation, database maintenance, and QC protocol writing.
- Collaborate with R&D staff in reagent manufacturing.
- Maintain meticulous laboratory execution and documentation.
- Communicate effectively across functions and teams in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant laboratory or production experience.
- Meticulous documentation skills with experience in writing or following Work Instructions, Batch Records, and SOPs preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a methodical approach.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
