Title: Patient Services Representative II / Phlebotomist II
Location: Bridgeport, CT
Duration: 3 months
Shift: 8 am to 1 pm - Mon to Fri

Pay Rate: $17.50 to $23/hr. on w2

Overview:
Serve as the welcoming face of our company, providing skilled, accurate blood draws and specimen prep for lab testing. Build patient trust by clearly explaining procedures and ensuring a safe, professional environment. Demonstrate leadership, process excellence, and maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection with confidence and precision.

• Verify patient info and ensure proper labeling of specimens.

• Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and quality protocols.

• Adapt to various locations including doctor’s offices and patient service centers.

• Promote a positive patient experience and uphold company values.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary).

• High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

• Strong customer service and communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and travel across locations.

• Ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable transportation and clean driving record if travel required.
