Project Coordinator
Job Title: Project Coordinator / Project Support
Standard Hours Per Week 36.25 Hrs
OnsiteDuration: 4 months
Job Summary
Plan, manage, and execute projects while guiding and supporting team members. This role is responsible for planning project stages, assessing business implications, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets are achieved. Some positions may include end-to-end ownership of specific project components or programs.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute projects across defined stages
-
Assess business implications at each project stage
-
Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
-
Conduct regular status reviews and reporting
-
Ensure proper change control and compliance with policies and procedures
-
Provide proactive administrative support to the Project or Program Manager using agreed project management methodologies
-
Manage project financials and assist Project Managers in maintaining budgetary control
-
Schedule and track internal audits; ensure findings are discussed with senior stakeholders and closed effectively
-
Organize team meetings and workshop logistics with internal and third-party stakeholders
-
Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation

Prepare, process, and coordinate project-specific processes and protocols

Assist in preparing status reports, including project metrics reports

Support the Project Manager in achieving defined quality objectives
Technical Skills

Proficiency in productivity tools:

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience with project management and collaboration tools:

Microsoft Project

Microsoft SharePoint

Basic understanding of:

Information security awareness protocols

Software security within the SDLC lifecycle

OWASP Top 10 concepts

Education Requirements
-
Bachelors Degree: B.E. / B.Tech / BCA
-
Masters Degree: M.Tech / MCA (Computer Science specialization highly desirable)

MBA preferred (Tier 2 / Tier 3 business school preferred)
