HR Analyst

Job summary:
To plan, implement, coordinate, and assist in the administration and management of programs and activities for Employee Relations. The HR Analyst uses technological tools to provide thorough data analysis and assist senior HR professionals in crucial decision making. The role is responsible for compiling, structuring, and analyzing human resources data to make conclusions that help streamline processes and drive business administration decisions. The HR Analyst leverages HR knowledge and computer skills to
identify and suggest relevant insights to improve processes.
Job Responsibilities:
-Provides comprehensive administration of ER processes critical to client service delivery as required by the ER Compliance team and provides effective support of critical projects requiring close collaboration with the broader ER department and HR center of excellence.
-Serves as the point of contact for subpoenaed documentation and for gathering information for legal review in preparation for litigation.
-Serves as documentarian and participant in critical projects (Flu / COVID vaccines, EEO-1 reporting, etc.).
-Works with Privacy and Compliance Office to triage EthicsPoint complaints to consultants and ER Compliance team.
-Responds to basic process questions related to investigations and workplace accommodations.
-Responds to leadership requests for investigation status updates as well as updates on the accommodation process and refers to consultant as appropriate.
-Reviews, research and provides support as appropriate on employee terminations to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, policies, procedures and standard management practices.
There will be a heavy focus on managing multiple inboxes, but see attached job description. Knowledge of case management systems would be a plus (HR Acuity, Oracle)
Day shift. They can come in from 8 am 9 am
Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
If they have SHRM SCP, SHRM CP, or CLMS that would be preferred, but no required certifications and lack of certifications should not disqualify anyone

Required Skills & Experience:
-One (1) year of experience in an administrative or support role in an HR setting.
-Ability to establish credibility, build rapport and create trust in a virtual setting.
-Excellent relationship management skills and ability to collaborate effectively and partner well with others.
-Enterprise orientation to provide consistent guidance on issues and policies spanning various lines of business.
-Ability to understand the nuances of various lines of business and communicate using business terminology and provide recommendations in support of individual business needs.
-Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and use time effectively and efficiently, while shifting frequently between multiple priorities and business requirements simultaneously.
-Detail-oriented employee relations specialist with a passion for creating a fair, positive working environment and facilitating communication between employees and leaders.
-Uses professional and customer-focused approach, with excellent verbal and written communication to handle customer inquiries.
-Demonstrates a sense of commitment to work and willingly assumes responsibility for accomplishing objectives.

-Highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite as well as HRISs.
-Ability to build working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational development, talent management, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
-Ability to build knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and policies.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Three (3) years of experience in an administrative or support role in an HR setting.
Schedule Notes:
