Job Summary: Under direct supervision by laboratory technologist, leader and/or supervisor, and according to defined protocols, performs select procedures on blood and/or other body fluids or specimens, involving manual techniques or the use of laboratory instruments and information systems. May perform phlebotomy as needed. null
Required Education: -Completion of an Associate Degree Program in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science. Preferred Education: -N/A Required Certification & Licensure: -Certification from a recognized national certifying agency (ASCP or NCA). Preferred Certification & Licensure: -N/A null
Required Skills & Experience: -Ability to communicate effectively with others. -Demonstrated technical proficiency and theoretical knowledge sufficient to perform laboratory functions. Preferred Skills & Experience: -N/A null

Schedule Notes: 13 week contract REQUIRED: Completion of an Associate Degree Program in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science, Certification from a recognized national certifying agency (ASCP or NCA), Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in this role or similar, Experience with Client equipment (with AU system experience preferred). Candidates with Sunquest LIS experience and automation experience are preferred.

Days Per Week: 5.00
