• We are seeking a Senior Network Operations Engineer with a strong focus on network technologies to join our dynamic Matrix team.
• This operational role requires expertise in supporting both on-premises data centers and cloud environments, primarily AWS.
• The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of networking components such as DNS, load balancers, and other core network technologies, combined with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 operational support for network infrastructure, including cloud-based AWS products and on-premises data centers.
• Manage and troubleshoot network technologies such as DNS, load balancers, and related systems.
• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional groups within the Matrix team.
• Support Treasury applications (30-32 suites) by ensuring reliable network operations.
• Contribute to creating innovative solutions for delivering network services to customers.
• Participate in on-call rotation for incident management and rapid issue resolution.
• Apply understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles to operational processes.
• Think strategically about future network needs and make informed decisions to support long-term goals.
• Negotiate and coordinate with various stakeholders to drive network initiatives forward.

 
Qualifications & Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience in network operations with strong knowledge of DNS, load balancers, and core network infrastructure.
• Proficient with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, supporting cloud network products.
• Experience supporting hybrid environments, including both cloud and on-premises data centers.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with a focus on future-proofing network solutions.
• Comfortable working in an operational, hands-on role with 24/7 on-call responsibilities.
• Basic understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
• Experience working within a matrix organization is preferred.
