Job Title: Cardiac Sonographer
Location: Morristown, NJ 07960
Duration: 3 Months+ contact (possibility of extension)
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 10:30 am - 6:30 pm | Sunday through Thursday 10:30 am - 6:30 pm.
Payrate: $60/hour on w2.
Note: Non-Taxable Per Diem is provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.

Duties:
- Prepares patient for examination focusing on patient comfort and satisfaction, explains the procedure in easy-to-understand terms performs ultrasound procedures, relieve patients of pre-testing anxiety and directly observes the and monitors the patient during the entire process.
- Sets-up equipment to administer procedures in a timely fashion.
- Ensures that proper images have been obtained, studies are complete and through, appropriate techniques have been employed, reader is notified.
Maintains records and logs exams performed.
Required Skills:
- Must be comfortable scanning TAVr and Mitraclip.
- Must have TEE, TTE and Stress Echo experience.
- Experience using Philips ie33 and Epiq systems.
Education & Certifications:
- ARDMS (RDCS)/CCI: RCS
- BLS – AHA
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of CAAHEP or ABHES Cardiovascular Technology Program.
