Job Title: Tools Coordinator Assistant (Service)
Location: 100% Remote
Contract: 1+ Year (Possible of extension)
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM (EST or CST), Monday to Friday
Job Description:
A brief overview of your facility and what you produce – Our team supports ~3,500 field engineers and BMETs across the US with providing tools, tool calibrations and logistics for tool transfers. This Tool Coordinator Assistant will be responsible for interacting with those 3,500 individuals and supporting their tool needs.
We are seeking an excellent communicator (phone, e-mail, text, Teams chat, etc) with strong organizational skills to join our Client Healthcare Tools Team. The Tool Coordinator Assistant will be responsible for managing the recovery of loaner & “push” tools and equipment throughout the organization, ensuring that all tools are accounted for and in working order. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office and an eye for details.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the retrieval of Loaner and PUSH tools from our Field Engineers (FEs)
• Ensure that overdue tools are returned to Calibration Service Provider on time
• Communicate with other team members to ensure that all tools are accounted for
• Follow up with Field Engineers on overdue tools
• Maintain records and report all tool retrievals and returns
Qualifications:
• Good customer service skills
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to work remotely/hybrid
• Ability to work 8am-5pm (EST or CST), Monday to Friday
• High school diploma or equivalent – 2 year degree preferred
