Job Title - Senior Executive Assistant
Location - Detroit, MI
Duration - 3 -4 Months Contract with Possible extension
Work Schedule- M-F 8am - 5pm
Required:
Experience Required: 5–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Prior experience supporting top-level executives in a large organization Experience in high-paced, collaborative corporate environments Background in academic or executive-level administrative support Comfortable interacting with C-level executives (e.g., CEO, COO) Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars for multiple executives Schedule meetings and coordinate with other Executive Assistants Set up meetings on behalf of managers and ensure agendas are prepared Support meeting prep, including presentation creation in PowerPoint Track and report data using Excel and Word Maintain high levels of organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Act as a self-starter, proactively addressing scheduling needs and follow-ups Tools & Systems Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Microsoft Teams Culture Fit: Friendly, helpful, and collaborative High attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong organizational skills and follow-through Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines Growth Opportunities: Learn and grow within a dynamic organization Direct exposure to executive leadership Potential to support CEO or COO
Required Skills & Experience:
-Ability to type documents with speed and accuracy and compose business correspondence.
-Basic mathematical skills necessary to work with statistical information and budgets.
-Advanced knowledge of personal computers and software including windows, word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics applications necessary to prepare complex professional documents, presentations, and reports.
-Ability to proof read for typographical and grammatical errors, and independently edits documents to ensure a professional, error free work product.
-Substantial interpersonal and communication skills necessary in order to effectively interact and mediate issues when dealing with a wide variety of individuals in the completion of the above tasks.
-Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments.
-High level of discretion and confidentiality required.
-Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail up to fifty percent of work time.
