Job Responsibilities
Participates in the analysis of detailed customer requirements and service entitlements to ensure comprehensive and accurate service quotations that meet customer needs.
Helps to implement standardized procedures for preparing and reviewing service quotes, improving consistency and efficiency in the quotation process, working under limited supervision.
Supports the end-to-end process of quote delivery, including tracking quote status, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring on-time submission.
Prepares complex Time & Material quotes, ensuring that all variables and potential cost implications are accurately represented and clearly communicated.
Tracks the review and approval process for service quotations, ensuring that all quotes are vetted by authorized personnel and comply with organizational policies.
Participates in the analysis of trends in quote acceptance and rejection to identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to quoting practices.
Resolves complex discrepancies between quotes, invoices, and actual service delivery by conducting thorough investigations and implementing corrective actions.
Enhances the quoting process by leveraging data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing service pricing and terms.
Maintains comprehensive records of all quotations, approvals, and related correspondence to support audit trails and ensure accurate historical data.
Requirements
Minimum required Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Education.
Minimum required Experience: No prior experience required.
