Responsibilities:
Submitting Invoices in RASR:
Process and submit invoices using the RASR system, ensuring all necessary details are included for accurate billing and payment.
Approving Transactions in Connect Carolina:
Review and approve financial transactions such as vouchers and requisitions in Connect Carolina, ensuring compliance with organizational and sponsored project policies.
Submitting Journals in Connect Carolina:
Submit journal entries to record financial transactions accurately in Connect Carolina.
Submitting Payroll Actions in Connect Carolina:
Input and submit payroll data, ensuring employee effort allocations are recorded properly in Connect Carolina.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in using financial systems such as RASR and Connect Carolina.
Understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll processes.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices, transactions, journals, and payroll actions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
