Manager - Operations - II*

Title: Program Manager, Commercial Learning & Development, New to Role Training
Pay rate: $52 - $56.67

Essential Duties and Job Functions:

• Develops and implements relevant training programs for US Commercial field employees and affiliated programs as needed.
• Develops and executes training on communication, analytics, and peer leadership skills, as well as ongoing learning sustainment programs & programs as needed.
• Collaborates with internal customers including Compliance/Legal to ensure training materials and workshops are current, effective and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and manage project timelines and action plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Interface with internal training teams and external vendors to keep projects on track and meet deadlines
• Vendor management to ensure vendor deliverables and timelines are met
• Facilitation of training calls and/or workshops as needed

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
• Organizational skills, time management, problem solving, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are all prerequisites of an effective program manager.
• Proficiency in applications including SmartSheet, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and TEAMS, particularly as used in the development of instructional content and to track classes, calendars, rosters, and project timelines.
• Highly self-motivated and self-managed; ability to take the initiative, work independently, and as part of a team with minimal coaching or supervision.
• Ability to organize and work under strict time and production deadlines, while producing quality deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of technical tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
• Collaborate with employees, contractors, vendors, partners, and customers across company globally.
• Ability to effectively communicate in visual, oral and written presentation forms.
• Strong interpersonal communication, facilitation, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.

Minimum Experience:
• BS or BA Degree
• 5+ years of professional experience in training, learning & development, project management, and/or leadership development.

Preferred Experience:
• Pharmaceutical/biotech experience
