Job Title: Medical Information Specialist 2
Job Location: Titusville, NJ
Job Duration: 10 months (possible extension)
Pay rate: $36.10/hr. on W2
Shift time: Hybrid, 3 days onsite, Standard working hours
Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Specialist – Contractor will be responsible for the execution of differentiated content strategies for innovative content for global and omni-channel consumption and other operational processes/tasks within the team.
Collaborates with internal partners to fulfill innovative content needs and development of innovative, digital content for various customer types.
The ideal candidate combines technical skills, scientific background, creative skills, and strong stakeholder engagement to help ensure high-quality content delivery.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Degree in Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Scientific background is highly preferred.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, medical information support, innovative content creation; experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare environments preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customer support staff.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign) – comfortable creating scientific infographics and interactive content
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfortable building and interpreting reports.
- Comfort with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving orientation and ability to escalate appropriately.
- Team player who can work independently when needed.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based / hybrid work model (3/days in office)
- Availability for ad-hoc support during launches and hyper care periods (may require flexible hours)
- Frequent collaboration via Teams and participation in cross-functional meetings
Reporting:
- This position reports to the Associate Director, Medical Information Content Strategy & Innovation.
