Production Scientist

Job Title: Production Scientist
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 5 Months+

Pay Rate: $25 - $27/hr. on W2

Hours: Mon- Fri (6 am - 2:30 pm or 7 am - 3:30 pm PST)
 
Education:

• Bachelor's in biological or physical sciences = Micro or Molecular Biology
• Work Experience: 0-3 years - new grad.
• Making buffers/weighing out chemicals/help where needed.

 
Key Accountabilities:

• Complete assigned work orders from planning within the standards created for each work order.
• Maintain clean work environment.
• Participate in meetings necessary for team collaboration.
• Follow SOPs and batch records to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Demonstrate safe competent operation of lab and production equipment by complying with established procedures.
• Use site procedures (ManGo/Trackwise) to update or create documents.
• Training co-workers as needed.
• Participate in validation activity as required

Experience:

• Requires a college background with no to 3 years of professional experience in a Lab Operations environment.
• Experience with bacterial culture a plus. Non-associate degreed or higher jobholders require a substantial amount of professional experience and additional qualifications that also provide exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts.
