Part time: 20 hours/week
Operations Assistant:
Triage cases in Dovetail (case management system) assign cases to Business Analyst/HR Operations Analyst.
Assist with Initial Research of cases.
-Account Issues
-Onboarding questions
-Questions regarding trainings relating to employee status.
Help review training materials such as guides and recordings, provide feedback/notes for improvements.
Hybrid - 3 days remote
20 hours - 9am - 1pm prefer mornings, but can be flexible
Assignment about 4 weeks.
Max bill rate ***/hr
