Job Title: Shipping/Warehouse Clerk
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Duration: 12 months+
Shift: 8 AM to 3PM Mon to Fri flexible with work hours also comfortable with 10hr shift Mon to Thursday
Pay Rate: $18/hr to 20/hr. on w2
Job Description: Onsite, MG.
M-F, 8 hours p/day, flexible start/stop times but core hours are 8-3 pm CT. Can be flexible a couple of hours both directions and on M-F 8 hr. days or 4 ten-hour days if preferred. Can work this out with manager.
Job Purpose
Inventory. Responsible for procurement and coordination of the materials, components, and assemblies required for the manufacturing build of medical products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plans and coordinates material requirements for product build.
• Analyzes component availability and inventory.
• Procures components and materials as required through established purchasing processes.
• Coordinates and expedites material delivery and preparation.
• Coordinates shipping of materials between manufacturing sites.
• Prepares and distributes requested financial data on procured materials.
Quality System Requirements:
• In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Qualifications:
AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline.
Willingness to work overtime.
Outstanding attention to details.
